How to ask
Open a ticket at app.thewpsquad.com and tell us which add-on you bought and what went wrong. We will try to fix the problem first. If we cannot, we will refund you.

You can ask for a refund within 30 days of buying, if the add-on does not work as documented and our support team cannot fix the problem.
Non-refundable items
Refunds are not available if you changed your mind, or if you ask more than 30 days after buying.
Refund methods
An approved refund goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to show up depends on your bank or payment provider.
