## What is it?

If you run a Dokan marketplace and your team plans its work in ClickUp, this plugin connects the two. Each time a vendor registers, is approved, makes a first sale or asks for a payout, a ClickUp task is created with the vendor details already filled in.

No copying between screens, no forgotten follow-ups, and no need for tools like Zapier or Make.

## What you get

- **A task for every vendor moment**: Registration, approval, a disabled vendor, a first product, a first sale and every withdrawal request each create a task.

## How it works

3. **Let tasks appear**: As vendors register and sell, your team sees a task for each one in ClickUp.

## Questions

**Do I need Dokan Pro?**
No. Dokan Lite is fully supported. Dokan Pro adds more events, such as subscriptions, refunds and store reviews.

**How do I connect ClickUp?**
In ClickUp, open your avatar → Settings → Apps and create a personal API token, then paste it in the plugin. It is stored on your server and never shown in the browser.

**What if ClickUp is unavailable?**
Vendor registration completes normally. The task is queued and tried again.

**Can different vendors go to different lists?**
Yes, with the Pro add-on, which can send vendors to different ClickUp lists by role or category.
