Free plugins cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund. This policy is for paid add-ons bought through Freemius.

## How to ask

Open a ticket at app.thewpsquad.com and tell us which add-on you bought and what went wrong. We will try to fix the problem first. If we cannot, we will refund you.
