These terms apply when you use thewpsquad.com and the plugins we publish. By using them you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

## 1. Who we are

The WP Squad builds and supports WordPress plugins. You can reach us at support@thewpsquad.com or through the support portal at app.thewpsquad.com.

## 2. This website

The website describes our plugins and links to where you can download and get help with them. You do not need an account to read it. Please do not attack it, overload it, scrape it in a way that harms it, or pretend to be us.

## 3. Free plugins

Our free plugins are published under the GNU General Public License. That licence, not these terms, says what you may do with the code. See the License Agreement for how we apply it.

## 4. Paid add-ons

Some plugins have a paid Pro add-on. A licence key gives you updates and support for the period and the number of sites shown when you buy. Payment and licensing are handled by Freemius. See the License Agreement and the Refund Policy.

## 5. Support

We give support through the support portal. We do our best to reply quickly, but we do not promise a response time. We can only help with our own plugins, not with problems in other software on your site.

## 6. Other companies and their products

Our plugins work with products made by other companies, such as Divi, WooCommerce, GiveWP, PayPal, ClickUp and Google Sheets. Those names belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them, and their products are covered by their own terms.

## 7. Our content

The words, design and images on this website belong to The WP Squad or are used with permission, and you may not copy them as your own. Plugin code is covered by its licence.

## 8. Our responsibility to you

Please read the Disclaimer. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

## 9. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and using the site after a change means you accept it.
