What this website collects
This website has no accounts, forms, comments or advertising. We do not use analytics or tracking scripts, and we do not set cookies. Your choice of light or dark appearance is saved in your own browser and never sent to us.
Our hosting provider
The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and keep the site secure, Cloudflare processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address, browser and the page you asked for. We do not keep our own copy of those logs.
Content from other sites
Plugin screenshots are loaded from WordPress.org, and the pictures of people who reviewed our plugins are loaded from Gravatar, so your browser contacts those services when you view them. Links on this site lead to other sites, which have their own privacy policies.
The support portal
When you open a ticket, sign in or look up a licence at app.thewpsquad.com, we collect what you give us, such as your name, email address, your message and your licence details. We use it to help you and to manage your licence. The portal is separate from this website.
Payments and licences
Paid add-ons are sold and licensed through Freemius, which handles your payment details. We do not see your card number.
Our plugins
What a plugin connects to is described on its WordPress.org page. For example, the AI provider plugins send your requests to the AI service you choose to connect.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers who help us run the site and support you, such as hosting, licensing and email providers, and where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep support information for as long as we need it to help you and to meet our legal duties. You can ask us to delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to how we use it. Write to support@thewpsquad.com. If you are unhappy with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site and our plugins are not aimed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
